We have stayed at the Dutch Host Inn for many years. When they have been booked we have stayed at other hotels in the area. The Dutch Host Inn is our favorite! On the sign as you pull into the Inn has, “Where people come as guests and leave as friends” is true as Richard and Regina are always friendly and talk to you. We do a lot of traveling and never stayed anyplace as clean as the Dutch Host. My husband says every time we leave, “I wish we could take this room to all our travels.”

My wife and I and another couple recently stayed at the Dutch Host Inn while visiting Ohio. We are very fussy, and cleanliness, room condition, and appearance are very important to us, without breaking the budget.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the location great, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations.
We had a quiet, peaceful stay, and we will be back.

Having spent six weeks at the Dutch Host Inn over the last 24 months I can say that each visit is like being at home while away from home. The rooms are well furnished, very comfortable with lots of storage space. The grounds are well maintained, and there are picnic tables, swings, two gazebos, and a water feature near one of the gazebo’s.
If you feel like walking there is a path (gravel driveway) from the back of the Dutch Host Inn that leads to Beachy Road, a road less traveled with picture post card views of Amish homes, barns, grandmother houses, farms, fields, mostly corn and views to the horizon.
The Dutch Host Inn is only about 7 miles west from Interstate 77 on State Route 39.
The picturesque village of Sugarcreek is only 2 miles from the Dutch Host Inn and has many attractions including the world’s largest cuckoo clock and the Alpine Hills Museum (free) which I feel is a must see while you are in Sugarcreek. I could go on and on but why not come see for yourself!
I rate the Dutch Host Inn “5 Stars”
