Awesome Amish owned quilt shop! They have fabric, notions, sewing machines… anything to make the quilt, or if you’d prefer, they have ready made quilts, handmade by the Amish.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Well worth the stop.
And it’s not far from Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen, a famous Amish restaurant.

I drive from Pittsburgh PA and Lone Star is always the FIRST STOP. Super fabric selections and very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Amy and Mom Ada go above and beyond!

I love your shop, but am unable to get there right now, so I wondered if you sell gift cards online.
    Thank you.

My two friends and I visited from Michigan. We love the fabric selection and all had great success shopping for quilt fabric but the real joy was in meeting the owner and family. We had such pleasure in visiting with them! Our favorite shop in the area because they took an interest in our projects and in us. Thank you!

Could you suggest the name and contact information of someone who does upholstering in you area?
I have three large sofa cushions in need of recovering.
Any information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you. Lew Musso

I have two quilt battings sized for twin beds that were made some time ago at Rastetter’s Woolen Mill that I would like to have covered by a simple block pattern quilt. Can you recommend a quilter in your area who would be willing to take on this work?

Thank you for any information you can share with me.

I am looking for yardage of Twilight Lake from a kit I purchased from you. I need 2 yards of the Animals and Cabins Light Gray 1695-33. I live in central Ohio so shouldn’t cost too much to ship. Can you let me know if you have this available so I can arrange payment and shipping? Thanks.

This is indeed a beautiful shop, BUT THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS AS ORDERED BY THE GOVERNOR. I honestly don’t remember if there was a sign on the door about masks BUT none of the, AT LEAST 3 EMPLOYEES I SAW, had them on, and most of the customers also did not have them. It was very disappointing that a community who relies on tourism for their revenue, cared so little for the health of their customers.

    I love this store.
The Christmas mystery gift box was a great surprise. Everything was wrapped so nicely . The wrapping and packaging was like 2 gifts in one,
It was fun opening all the gifts.
My friend was getting pictures as I opened it. She might do it this year if you do it again.

I sure hope you have another. My husband does too!
He didn’t have to shop or wrap😂

We bought the most beautiful quilt you have ever seen. It was completely hand made. Because it was such a big purchase it took us a long time, but the ladies stayed with us and were so kind and patient. One of the ladies was the former owner and knew so much about the quilt and the young girl was precious. Thank you so much for this beautiful keep sake.

I live in Albuquerque New Mexico. I have a quilt top hand made 100 years ago, it was given to my mother as a wedding present. I would like to get it put together and hand quilted. Do you do anything like that or know of people that do.
