Charm Harness & Boot was started in 1982 by owner Roy Miller, selling Red Wing shoes and horse tack. Over the years, the shop has expanded as Roy was joined by sons Alan, Leroy, and David and has become a fixture in the tightly knit community that welcomes visitors from far and wide.
